Before writing anything else about JointReliveX, we added up exactly what's in a daily serving. Here's the arithmetic.
| Ingredient | Amount | Share Of 1,383mg Total |
|---|---|---|
| Glucosamine Sulfate | 1,000 mg | ~72% |
| Boswellia Extract | 133.3 mg | ~10% |
| Chondroitin Sulfate | 100 mg | ~7% |
| Turmeric Root | 100 mg | ~7% |
| Quercetin | 16.7 mg | ~1% |
| MSM | 16.7 mg | ~1% |
| Bromelain | 16.7 mg | ~1% |
| Methionine | 16.7 mg | ~1% |
Glucosamine dominates this formula by weight. Boswellia is a distant second. Everything else -- five ingredients combined -- makes up less than a fifth of the total serving.
Adding up the label is only half the picture. Chondroitin's 100mg is roughly a twelfth of the ~1,200mg used in the landmark glucosamine-chondroitin combination research. Quercetin's 16.7mg is roughly a sixtieth of the highest doses studied for that ingredient (up to 1,000mg in some research).
The formula leans heavily on Glucosamine and, to a lesser degree, Boswellia. If Chondroitin or Quercetin research specifically drew you to this category, know that this formula's amounts of those two ingredients sit well below what that research used.
